锁孔神经外科 被引量:18

摘要 锁孔神经外科是近年来出现的显微神经外科新技术 ,它是通过锁孔入路 (颅骨钻孔或小骨瓣开颅 ) ,采用内窥镜技术或内窥镜辅助的显微外科技术治疗颅内病变 ,以最小的手术创伤获得与常规开颅手术同样的 ,甚至更好的治疗效果。其特征是定位精确、手术创伤小。本文就锁孔神经外科的概念、仪器设备、常用锁孔入路、手术操作及其注意事项等作一综述。
