摘要
日的 :评价腮腺浅叶肿瘤切除术中腮腺主导管保留的临术效果。方法 :对 66例临床诊断为腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的病例 ,作解剖和保存面神经及腮腺主导管 ,切除腮腺浅叶及其肿瘤术。结果 :(1 )术后无肿瘤复发 ,(2 )术侧无明显凹陷性畸形 ,(3)术后涎瘘明显减少。结论 :腮腺主导管及其深叶的保留与肿瘤复发无关 。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of reserving the primary duct for the tumor of superficial lobe parotidectomy.Methods:Sixty?six cases of superficial part parotid gland with benign tumor were treated with superficial lobe parotidectomy,while the facial nerve and reservation the primary duct were reserved.Results:(1)There were postoperative recurrence.(2)the sides operativec were depressed deformity.(3)Postoperative fistula of parotid gland was obviously reduced.Conclusions:Reservation the primary duct has littie effect of the recurrence of the tumor.The method is applicable to the benign tumor of the superficial part and isthmus parotid gland.
