摘要
目的探讨保留腮腺导管的区域性切除术治疗Warthin瘤的效果。方法78例腮腺Warthin瘤实施保留导管的区域性切除术,另外52例腮腺Warthin瘤行腮腺浅叶或全切除术作为对照。结果经过3～8年的随访,二组患者均未见复发,但与对照组相比,该术式术后无凹陷畸形,面神经损伤、味觉出汗综合征等并发症明显减少。结论保留腮腺导管的区域性切除术保存了腮腺分泌功能,缩短了手术时间,减少了各种并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of the procedure of regional excision with saving parotid duct in the treatment of Warthin tumors.Methods 78 patients with Warthin tumors were treated by above-mentioned procedure,but another 52 patients were treated by superficial parotidectomy or all parotidectomy.Results All the patients of both groups had not been recurrence by 3-8 years of followed-up.Comparing to control group, the observed group avoided such complications as facial deformity,injury of facialnerve and Frey syndrome.Conclusion The procedure of regional excision with saving parotid duct has the following advantages：preserved the function of parotid gland,shortened the operation time,decreased various kinds of complications.
