摘要
本文通过气相色谱分析法对青鱼等20种淡水鱼虾肌肉脂质的脂肪酸组成进行分析。根据分析数据,着重对淡水鱼虾脂肪酸组成的共同特点,淡水鱼类脂肪酸组成的差异,淡水鱼与海水鱼脂肪酸组成的共同特点,淡水鱼与海水鱼脂肪酸组成的差异,以及ω-3多烯酸对人类健康的重要性等五个方面进行了论述。对了解淡水鱼虾ω-3多烯酸的摄取量,开展各种脂肪酸对生物体内脂肪代谢的研究提供了基本数据。
This paper deals with the common characteristics and different contents among these fresh water and shrimps. Meanwhile the characteristics and different conents are compared with between fresh water and marine animals. Omega-3 polyenoic acids have attacted an intention due to recent epidemiological and experimental findings that aht fatty acids show a possible prophylaetlc affect for development of thrombosis and trhersclerosis. The believable data of various kinds of fatty acids are given for studying detabolism further.
