摘要
目的 :探讨通腑泄热合剂对脑出血继发中枢热的降温治疗效果。方法 :5 6例脑出血继发中枢热病人 ,在西医常规疗法治疗基础上 ,治疗组 3 1例配合鼻饲通腑泄热合剂 ,对照组配合鼻饲生理盐水 ,观察两组降温效果及对预后的影响。结果 :治疗组在退热开始时间、退热幅度及维持时间方面 ,疗效均明显优于照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;死亡率也明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :通腑泄热合剂对降低脑出血继发的中枢热 。
Objective: To explore the temperature-reducing effect of Tong-Fu-Xie-Re Mixture intreating cerebral hemorrhage complicated with central pyrexia. Methods:56 cerebral hemorrhage cases complicated with central pyrexia were divided into 2 groups: The cases in Tong-Fu-Xie-Re Mixture group were fed with nasal Tong-Fu-Xie-Re Mixture together with routine western medicine therapy, while the cases in the control were only given normal saline and routine western medicine. Observations were made on the temperature-reducing effected prognosis.Results: Better temperature-reducing effect was observed in the Tong-Fu-Xie-Re Mixture group cases with earlier effect, longer lasting time and lower temperature-reducing effect. There existed difference when compared with the control (P<0.01). The mortality was also lower in the Tong-Fu-Xie-Re Mixture groups cases than in the control (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tong-Fu-Xie-Re Mixture was effective in treating cerebral hemorrhage complicated with central pyrexia with lower mortality.
