摘要
目的 调查1998年度河南省改水降氟工程的建设和管理情况。方法 在全省17个市地,以随机原则,按30％比例抽查1998年度新建改水降氟工程。结果 综合评价合格工程81个,占91.0％;不合格工程8处,其中5处水氟超标,3处未完成工程建设。结论①各级政府重视改水降氟工作,配套资金落实到位及时,工程建设按期完成。②水源卫生检测有待加强。③大部分工程规模小、档次低,管理欠规范。④有必要制订工程等级认定及评判办法。
Objective To know the construction and management status of the water improvement projects built in 1998. Methods Eighty-nine projects (30% of the projects built in 1998) were selected randomly. The investigation was conducted according to 'The standard of construction and management of water improvement to reduce fluoride project in Henan'. Results Eighty-one(91.0%) projects were qualified by comprehensive evaluation. There were 8 unqualified projects, in which 5 project fluoride concentration in drinking water were beyond the limit, and 3 project construction were not completed. Conclusions ①The government at all levels attached importance to the work of the water improvement. ②The hygienical examine of the water must be stressed. ③Most of the projects were small in scale, low in grade, and not perfect in management. ④The estimation method of project grade should be established.
