摘要
目的了解河南省降氟改水工程运转及水氟情况。方法采取以县为单位整群抽样,对河南省 15个省辖市的45个重点县(市、区)降氟改水工程全部进行调查。结果共调查4 345处降氟改水工程,其中正常使用工程3 092处,占71.16%;间断供水工程137处,占3.15%;报废工程1 116处,占25.68%。调查3 158处降氟改水工程水氟,其中水氟合格工程2 605处,占82.49%;水氟超标工程553处,占17.51%。结论河南省降氟改水工程报废和水氟回升超标现象较为严重,探讨可持续性降氟改水防治策略,是今后值得研究的课题。
Objective To understand the running condition of defluoridation projects and fluorite concentration in drinking-water in Henan Province. Methods Cluster sampling of counties was conducted. All of the defluoridation projects from 45 major counties from 15 provincially administered municipalities of Henan were selected to be investigated. Results Among 4 345 projects investigated, 3 092 were running normally, accounting for 71.16%, 137 projects working intermittently, accounting for 3.15%. A total of 1 116 projects were out of service, accounting for 25.68%. Fluoride concentration in drinking water processed by 3 158 defluoridation projects were determined, which revealed 2 605 projects were qualified, accounting for 82.49% and 553 projects, accounting for 17.51%, were unqualified for its unusually high fluoride concentration. Conclusions Many defluoridation projects in Henan are out-of-service, and the rise up of fluoride concentration in drinking water is worrisome. Preventive measures regarding continuous defluoridation need to be further studied.
