摘要
随着关税的逐步降低和非关税贸易措施的逐步取消 ,国际贸易呈现全球化的趋势 ,“绿色壁垒”已成为制约我国纺织品参与全球经济竞争的最大障碍。因此 ,要不断地跟踪掌握发达国家的“绿色技术壁垒”动态 ,制定适合我国国情的技术法规标准 ,大力开发生态纺织品 ,推广生态纺织品的绿色认证 ,采用清洁生产技术 ,提高我国纺织业的绿色信誉。本文系统地评述了“绿色壁垒”
With scaling down of tariff and phasing out of non tariff trade measures, the 'green Technical barriers' will be the largest barrier to our textiles in the globalied economics competition. The reputation of China made eco textiles will be safeguarded only by following the 'green technical barriers' of developed countries, drawing related technical standards and laws, developing the eco textiles and promoting their certification, promoting industrialization of high tech achievements. All these will open a new era of our eco textiles in international competition.
