摘要
目的 研究不同强度恒定磁场对雄性小鼠精子的毒性作用。方法 将 30只雄性小鼠分别暴露于不同强度的恒定磁场下 (0 0 4 ,0 0 8,0 12T) ,10只小鼠作为对照 ,35d后处死小鼠 ,称重睾丸、附睾 ,并计量精子数、精子活动度及畸形率。结果 睾丸重量各组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。精子数量在实验组与对照组之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。在 0 12T磁场环境暴露下 ,精子活动度下降 ,畸形率升高 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 磁场对小鼠具有一定的精子毒性作用 ,并且毒性与其强度有关。
Objective\ Effects of constant magnetic fields with different intensities on sperm toxicity of mice were studied.Methods\ 30 exposed male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups according to different intensities of magnetic fields(0\^04 T,0\^08 T,0\^12 T)and 10 unexposed mice were taken as the control.The mice were sacrificed by the end of five weeks.The weights of testes and epididymis,the quantity,activity and morphology of sperm were examined.Results\ No significant difference of the weight of testes and epididymis between the exposed and the control was found (P>0 05).The spermatozoa count had no obvious difference between experimented and control groups (P>0 05).The spermatozoa motility as well as sperm deformation ratio of exposed mice under 0\^12 T intensity changed significantly compared with the control group(P<0 01).Conclusions Constant magnetic field might have sperm toxicity in male mice and the effects probably related to the intensity of the magnetic fields.
