摘要
目的 :探讨耳穴和“补肾密骨”食疗对去势雌鼠骨质疏松症的影响。方法 :通过切除 6月龄雌鼠双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松症的动物模型 ,以假手术组和雌二醇组作为对照组。耳针组、“补肾密骨”食疗组 ,耳针 +“补肾密骨”食疗组。雌二醇组分别经耳针、“补肾密骨”食疗和雌二醇的 3个月治疗。然后将大鼠处死 ,取血 ,用放免法测定血清的E2、BGP、IL 1、IL 6和骨的BMD、BMC。结果 :耳针、“补肾密骨”食疗 ,雌二醇的治疗均能提高E2、BMD、BMC的水平。同时均能抑制BGP、IL 1、IL 6的分泌。结论 :耳针、“补肾密骨”食疗 ,耳针 +“补肾密骨”食疗对去势雌鼠骨质疏松症的骨形成和骨吸收有调节作用。耳针与“补肾密骨”食疗通过刺激穴位和中药食补多方位和内部自身调节作用达到早期预防和治疗骨质疏松的发生和发展 ,具有良好的应用前景。加之它成本低廉 ,使用安全、方便 ,是值得进一步研究的新方法。
Objetive:To evaluate the effects of ear acupuncture and “Nourishug Kidney to Densify bone” diet on osteoporosis in ovariectomized female rats. Methods Osteoporotic model was established by exsecting both sides of ovavia in 6 month old female rats and then the animales were divided into estraditol group[EG], Ear aeupuncture group[EAG],“Nourishiug kidney to densify bone” diet group[EDG],Earacupuncture plus “Nourishuig kidney to densify bone” diet group[ENDG] and untreated group[UG] at libertum, Sham operated group[SOG]was also made, EAG, EDG, ENDG and EG were treated respectively With ear acupeureture[EA], herb diet[HD], ear acupuncture with herb diet[EAHD]and estradiol benzoate[EB]For three month. By then, the rats were sacrificed, The blood was cllected、E 2, BGP, IL 1,IL 6,BMD, BMC of serum wene determined by RIA. Results:The contents of E 2,BMD, BMC in the serum were increased and the secretion of BGP, IL 1,IL 6,was inhibited in EGA, NDG, ENDG and EG comparimg with UG. Condusion:EA, HD and EAHD have the action of adjusting the formation and absorption of ostecoporosis in the ovariectomized rat. Both EA and HD can prevent and improve the early occureuce and development of osteoporsis by stimulation of relative accpoints and nourishment of herb diet, So that, the body itself makes an internal adjustment in many ways which has a better prospect for clinical application. In addition, the cost of the herbes is minimal and the method is easy and safe. Our studies suggest that application of ear acupuneture and herb diet as new methods to osteoporoses is worth further nesearch.
