马循环免疫复合物检测法的建立及其应用

摘要 确定了检测马循环免疫复合物(CIC)的聚乙二醇(PEG)沉淀试验及固相C_(1q)-ELISA的最适条件.PEG沉淀试验/C_(1q)-ELISA对健康马(n=60)、传贫马(n=83)和注射传贫疫苗马(n=79)的检测结果(OD值,x±2S)分别为:O.066±0.042/0.288±0.206,0.124±0.067/0.712±0.344和0.081±0.053/0.425±0.217).经统计检验,这两种方法相关性显著,3类马血清的OD值相互差异非常显著.本实验结果提示,马传染性贫血的发病与循环免疫复合物有关. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) precipitation test and solid phase Clq-ELISAfor detecting the circulating immune complex (CIC) in epuine serum were performed The OD values of three categories of serum samples collected from healthy (n=60), infected (with equine infectious anemia virus, n=83) and vaccinated (with the attenuated equine infectious anemia virus, n=79) horses were 0.066 ± 0.042/0.288 ± 0.206, 0.124 ± 0.067/0.712 ± 0.334 and 0.081 ± 0.053/0.452 ± 0.217 by PEG precipitation test/solid phase Clq-ELISA, respectively. The results suggested that the immune complex may be involved in the pathogenesis of equine infectious anemia.
