摘要
用腺胃病变型鸡传染性支气管炎病毒分离株 IBV-D971株接种 1日龄 SPF鸡 ,连续传 1 0代后 ,培育出了腺胃病变型鸡传染性支气管炎强毒株 IBV-D971 J株。 IBV-D971 J1 0 对 SPF鸡胚的致病力为 1 0 - 6 .45ELD5 0 /0 .2 m L,对 1日龄 SPF鸡的致病力为 1 0 - 1 .5 LD5 0 /1 m L。从死亡鸡的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、腺胃、肌胃、法氏囊等均能分离到 IBV,IBV-D971 J1 0 不含鸡新城疫、禽流感、鸡马立克氏病、鸡传染性法氏囊炎、网状内皮组织增殖病等外源病毒。对 SPF鸡可引起典型的腺胃炎、肌胃炎。
After 10 passages through 1 day old SPF chicks with IBV D971,a virulent strain IBV D971J was developed.The virulence of the passage 10 IBV D971J(IBV D971J 10 ) was up to 10 -6.45 ELD 50 /0.2 mL or 10 -1.5 LD 50 /mL in 1 day old SPF chicks.IBV,but not NDV,AIV,MDV,IBDV or REV,was re isolated from heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,proventriculus,muscle ventriculus and Fabricus bursa of the inoculated chicks.Typical pathological changes,proventriculustis,muscle ventriculus inflammation and interstitial nephritis were observed in the IBV D971J inoculated chicks.
