摘要
教师职业情感的结构由教师职业理智感、教师职业道德感、教师职业美感三要素构成。教师职业情感具有驱动、增力、稳定、迁移、感化五大功能,其养成过程是感受-理解-人格化三步递进过程。
Teachers' professional emotion is composed of the professional sense, the professional ethics and the professional aesthetic feeling.It has the functions of driving, stengthening, stablizing, transferring and moving, and is acquired throuhg feeling, understanding and personification.
