摘要
本文总结了近年来苦参碱在抗肿瘤研究中的最新进展。许多研究发现作为传统中药苦参的重要成分———苦参碱 ,能有效地抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖与转移 ;同时促进肿瘤的凋亡并诱导分化。以上结果提示苦参碱有可能在抗肿瘤机制中发挥独特效用 ,为中医中药临床治疗肿瘤提供新的思路。
In the review we summarize the research progress of matrine in the anti tumor mechanism.Study has shown that matrine can depress the proliferation and metastasis of cancer cells.On the other hand,this drug can also promote the tumor cells into the apoptosis or differentiation procedure.Matrine may play a great role in the anti tumor treatment.
