摘要
我国科技成果转化率低 ,一直是人们普遍关注的问题。大力发展技术经纪业 ,建立高素质的技术经纪人队伍 ,是解决这一问题的有效途径。技术经纪业是以技术优势和智力资源为基础的新兴知识产业 ,作为科技与经济相结合的桥梁和纽带 ,它为技术市场提供全方位的中介服务 ,对加速科技成果的转化 ,促进科技与经济的结合 ,发挥着重要的作用。
The problem that people have being focus on is the low transform rate of the scientific and technical products. The efficient method to solve this problem is to develop the technical broker estate energetically and construct broker ranks with high quality. The technical broker estate, a new knowledge estate based on the superiority of technology and the resource of intelligence . It plays a role as the bridge and link of the combination of economy and scientific technology and provides perfect intermediary service for technology market, is playing an important part in speeding up the transformation of scientific and products and promoting the combination of economy and scientific technology.
