摘要
阐述过程性技术创新的概念,剖析了过程性技术创新的过程,研究了从市场到企业再到高校的限定性转移和传递问题以及反向的技术创新风险的逐渐积累过程。提出了高校R&D活动限定性的概念,分析了这一问题所表现出的显著特点。提出了有针对性的对策和建议。
From the conception of process technology innovation, this paper analyzed the process of process technology innovation, the problem of transformation and the limitation from market to enterprise and to universities, and the accumulation process of the risk of technology innovation in reverse. The paper put forward the concept of R＆D activity of universities, and analyzed the prominent characteristics of and suggestions were given.
