摘要
西方“企业化政府”在某种程度上体现了公共服务改革发展的一般规律。我国1998年政府机构改革是一种行政体制的创新,有待形成新型的政府与公民、政府与社会、政府与市场的关系模式。文章分析了西方企业化政府的主要特点和现存问题,提出了构建有限政府、有效政府和廉价政府的命题。
The Corporate Government 'reflect general tendencies to some e xtent in the reforms of public service.China's governme ntal reforms in 1998have constitute d an innovation in adminis-trative systems.They are a part of th e process in formulating a new model o f relationships among government and its citizens,govern ment and society,government and market.This paper analyses major characteristics and problems of the western corporate government .It proposes the formation of a limited government,an efficient go vernment and a low -cost government.
