摘要
本文分析了市政办公建筑与普通办公建筑的异同,提出其需要回应的核心设计内容,以及在设计中的特点和突破口,进而从选址的透明性、复合多元性布局、生态性空间以及内部空间结构与模式转变等方面,提出了适应当前时代发展的市政办公建筑设计方法。
Analyzing the similarities and differences between the municipal office building and general office building,the paper points out the content of the core design which need to be responded to,and the features and breakthrough point in design.Furthermore,considering the transparency of the site,the complex diversified layout,eco-space,inner spatial structure and the changes in mode,it points out the design methods in municipal office building that adapts to the contemporary.
