摘要
随着我国可持续发展的步伐不断加快,新事物新问题也接踵而来,循环经济作为可持续发展的一部分,为固体废物处理问题打开了一条新的思路。本文提出有必要制订一部《循环经济法》,以加强对循环经济活动的法制规范,同时完善我国有关可持续发展的法律体系。
As the sustainable development of our country has quickened its step, new things and new problems have also arisen, and with the sustainable development, recycling economy creates a new way for solid waste disposal. The author suggests that a law about recycling economy have to be formulated in order to consummate our country's legal system about sustainable development and tighten legal control over recycling economy.
