摘要
全面深入地宣传贯彻《安全生产法》是今后一个时期的重要工作。石少华同志是《安全生产法》起草工作小组副组长参与了该法的主要起草工作。应本社之邀,从本期开始他将就《安全生产法》的立法宗旨、法律地位、基本方针、基本原则、基本法律制度、生产经营单位主要负责人的安全责任、安全生产责任制、安全投入、工伤保险、安全中介服务、事故应急救援、监督管理、法律责任等问题陆续撰文,以飨读者。
The author-Shi Shaohua, Deputy Director, Department of Policies, Laws and Regulations under State Administration of Work Safety, and Deputy Chief of the Drafting Group of Work Safety Law, has participated in the major drafting work of this law. From this issue, he will successively write articles on such issues of Work Safety Law as legislative aim, legal status, basic system and legal liabilities. His articles will serve as an important guide to understand the legislative background, legislative significance and key points of the Law.
