要培养大学生的创新意识和创造能力 ,必须营造有利于创新人才成长的育人环境 ,有利于人才脱颖而出的学术环境 ,有利于大学生个性发展的宽松环境 。
In order to cultivate students' innovation awareness and ability, we must construct an education environment suitable for the growth of innovative talent, an academic environment favorable for talent revealing itself, a free environment for the development of the students' personality and a desirable environment for the development in their emotion and intelligence.
