摘要
科学发展观是我国新时期各项建设事业的行动指南,也是高校图书馆各项工作的指导思想。文章主要阐述了肩负重要职能的高校图书馆,如何把科学发展观真正落实于实践,贯穿于实践,指导于实践。
Scientific outlook on development is the guideline for all the constructions of our country in the new era and the guiding ideology for the work of university libraries.This thesis illustrates how the university,an important institution of university,will apply the theory of scientific outlook on development to practice,run it through practice and then use it to guide practice.
