摘要
目的 评价自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法 采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗初发性及复发性翼状胬肉 76例 87眼 ,术后随访 6～ 48月 ,平均 2 6月。结果 76例 87眼 ,术后均无胬肉组织复发 ,被胬肉组织侵袭的角膜透明或遗留薄翳 ,无新生血管长入。结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植术可为受损的角膜缘提供新的健康的干细胞 ,可有效防止翼状胬肉的复发 。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limbal stem cells autograft transplantation for treatment of pterygium.Methods Limbal stem cells autograft transplantation was performed on 76 cases (86 eyes) with primary or recurrent pterygium.The post-operative follow-up periods ranged from 6 to 48 months.Results After the operation,the cornea recurred clear or with thin nebula.No pterygium like tissue occurred.The vision was improved in different degree.Conclusion Limbal stem cells autograft transplantation could provide new stem cells for injured limbus.It is an effective and ideal method for the treatment of pterygium.
