摘要
翼状胬肉是眼科的常见多发病,但对其病变本质及发病机理仍有争议,临床至今也缺少根治的理想疗法。故研究其病变本质及寻找有效的防治措施,是目前急需解决的课题之一。病理学研究表明,翼状胬肉的主要成份是大量增生的成纤维细胞,并由其导致相应的病变。此基本改变与眼部多种纤维增生性疾病有相似之处。为寻找有效对抗此类成纤维细胞增生性眼病的方法。
The tissue culture of human pterygium in vitro may be useful to obtainment offibroblasts which originate from human pathological proliferative tissue.These fibroblasts asthe research material are even more nearly the actual changes of human eye diseases.Theauthors reported that the successful cell culture on 3 strains of fibroblasts from 11 cases ofpterygial cutting specimens,and the characteristics of the cell growth in serial passage of 8—10 generations in vitro and of morology under the light and electron microscope
