翼状胬肉术中丝裂霉素不同留置时间的效果 被引量:21

The effect of mitomycin C with different application time in pterygium surgery.

摘要 目的 观察翼状胬肉切除手术术中同一浓度的丝裂霉素棉片留置没时间对降低复发率的作用。方法 翼状胬肉 6 4例 80眼随机分成两组 ,术中以 0 0 2 %丝裂霉素棉片分别留置于角膜缘 3分钟 ( 30眼 )和 5分钟 ( 5 0眼 ) ,术后随访 2 2~ 2 7月。结果 两组的复发率分别为 6 6 7% ( 2 / 30 )及 4 0 0 % ( 2 / 5 0 )。两组间对比 ,( χ2 =0 2 80 7,P >0 0 5 ) ,差异无显著性意义。结论 术中应用丝裂霉素可降低翼状胬肉的复发率 ,0 0 2 %丝裂霉素棉片术中留置 3分钟与 5分钟 ,术后复发率 ,经统计学检验差异无显著性意义。故术中仅用 Objective To observe the effect of intra-operative use of mitomycin C(MMC) with the same concentration and different application time in preventing recurrence of pterygium after excision.Methods A series of 64 cases (80 eyes) of primary and recurrent pterygium were recuited for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:A,0.02% MMC for 3 minutes application group (30 eyes),B,0.02% MMC for 5 minutes application group (50 eyes),and follow-up 22~27 months after surgery.Results The recurrence rates group in A & B were 6.67% (2/30) and 4.00% (2/50),respectively.There was no significant differance between the two groups (χ 2,P>0.05).Conclusion The pterygium recurrence rate was reduced with intra-operative use of MMC.No significance was found between 0.02% MMC 3 minutes application group and 5 minutes application group.The intra-operative application of 0.02% MMC can reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium after surgery.
