摘要
目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合术中应用丝裂霉素C(MMC)+自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对48例51只眼翼状胬肉患者,行翼状胬肉切除,同时术中应用0.02%MMC联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植,术后随访胬肉复发情况。结果术后随访6～18个月,角膜创面愈合良好,视力均有不同程度提高,胬肉复发3眼(复发率5.88%)。结论翼状胬肉切除联合术中应用MMC+自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,能明显降低术后复发率。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MitomycinC （MMC） for the treatment of pterygium. Methods Auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MitomycinC （0.02%MMC） after excision were performed in 48 patient （51eyes）with pterygium. The recurrency rate was observed over a 6-18 months follow-up period. Results All patients＂ cornea healed well, Visual acuity in patients were improved. Recurrence of pterygium was observed only in 3 eyes（5.88%）. Conclusion Auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MMC is an effective therapy for pterygium. It can obviosly reduce the postoperative recurrent rate of pterygium.
