摘要
目的 探讨治疗复合性视网膜脱离的行之有效的方法。方法 对 16例 ( 16眼 )视网膜脱离合并严重增生性玻璃体视网膜病变患者行闭合式玻璃体切除联合巩膜环扎、视网膜切开或切除及眼内光凝术。观察术后视网膜解剖复位、视功能的改善情况。结果 16眼视网膜完全复位者 13眼、视力较术前增加者 10眼、下降者 2眼 ,视力 >0 0 5者 7眼。随访 ,1眼视网膜脱离复发 ,5眼出现低眼压。结论 视网膜切开
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of complicated retinal detachment.Methods 16 case(16 eyes) with severe proliferative vitreoretinopathy underwent retinotomy or retinectomy or both with endolaser treatment and circular buckling.Outcome measures included retinal reattachment and visual acuity.Results Among 16 eyes,retina was completely attached in 13 eyes.Post-operative visual acuity was improved in 10 eyes;visual acuity was decreased in 2 eyes;higher than 0.05 in 7 eyes.In follow-up period,retina was detached again in 1 eye,hypotoy was seen in 5 eyes.Conclusion Retinotomy and retinetomy is the one of useful surgery of treating CRD.
