摘要
目的 评价视网膜切开和切除对外伤牵引性视网膜脱离的治疗价值和效果。方法 对 1997年 9月至 1999年 8月间行玻璃体切除联合视网膜切开或 /和切除治疗的 15例 (15眼 )外伤牵引性视网膜脱离患者作回顾性分析。结果 出院时视网膜解剖复位 14例 (93 3 % ) ,随诊 3～ 12月解剖复位 11例(73 3 % )最好视力 0 5 ,视力数指以上 13例 (86 0 % )。结论 视网膜切开或 /和切除术适用于外伤牵引性视网膜脱离 ,特别是视网膜嵌顿所致的视网膜缩短。
To evaluate the clinical value and effect of retinotomy and retinectomy in traumatic and tractional detachment of retina.Methods A retrospective survey study was done in 15 cases (15 eyes) with traumatic and tractional detachment of retina who had been performed vitrectomy combined with retinotomy and/or retinectomy from September 1997 to August,1999.Results 14 cases (93.3%) gained anatomical reduction before the time the patients were discharged from the hospital.3 to 12 months’ follow up surveys found anatomical reduction in 11 cases (73.3%).The best visual acuity was 0.5,13 cases (86.0%) gained finger counting vision or better.Conclusion Retinotomy and/or retinectomy apply to traumatic and tractional detachment of retina,especially to retinal contraction due to retinal incarceration.
