摘要
目的 研究水下连续环形撕囊对提高白内障超声乳化吸出术成功率的作用。方法 对 172例 ( 196眼 )连续环形撕囊随机分为水下组 10 6眼 (A组 )和常规粘弹剂组 90眼 (B组 ) ,进行效果评价。结果 术后 5～ 7天 ,视力≥ 0 5者 ,A、B组分别为 96眼 ( 90 5 7% )和 72眼 ( 80 % ) ,χ2 =4 43,0 0 5 >P >0 0 1。术后 1月分别为 10 2眼 ( 96 2 3% )和 86眼 ( 95 5 6 % ) ,( χ2 =0 0 2 ,P >0 0 5 )。术后 3月分别为 10 4眼 ( 98 11% )和 88眼 ( 97 78% ) ,χ2 ,P >0 0 5。结论 A组效果优于B组 ,且水下连续环形撕囊安全、简单易学 。
Objective To study the use of under water continuous circular capsulorhexis on phacoemulsification in order to increase safety and success rate of cataract surgery.Methods 92(106 eyes) of 172 patients (196 eyes) were performed with phacoemulsification of under water continuous circular capsulorhexis (group A),another 80 eyes received usually phacoemulsification (GroupB).Results The postoperative visual acuity≥0.5 were in 96 eyes (92%) in group A and 72 eyes (80%) in group B(χ 2=4.43,0.05>P>0.01)at 5～7 days after operation.A month later were in 102 eyes (96.23%) in group A and 86 eyes (95.56%) in group B(χ 2=0.02,P>0.05).Three months later were 104 eyes (98.11%) and 88 eyes (97.78%)(χ 2=0.12,P>0.05).Conclusion The technique of phacoemulsification with continuous circular capsulorhexis under water can increase the success rate of cataract surgery,it is worthy to be popularized due to safety,easiness and minimal complication.
