摘要
引进国外20份生食甘蓝材料,通过2年试种,并进行农艺性状考查,食用感官评判,以及相关营养物质含量测定,结果表明Y2、Y10优于其它品种。
20 varieties of fresh eating cabbage were Introduced from overseas and studied for two years.The results showed that agricultural characters and taste quality of Y2and Y10are better than other vari-eties and CK.
