摘要
目的 评价放射治疗在血管瘤临床治疗中的价值。方法 回顾性分析应用深部X线对 5 1例血管瘤患者实施放射治疗 ,少部分 (3 / 5 1例 ,占 5 9% )未控复发病例同时应用血管硬化剂鱼肝油酸钠。结果 本组血管瘤放疗治愈率、好转率分别为 86 3 % (4 4 /5 1)和 11 8% (6/ 5 1) ,总有效率 98 0 %。结论 放射治疗在血管瘤临床治疗方面占有重要的地位 ,方法简便易行 ,痛苦小 ,费用低廉 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of radiotherapy on hemangioma.Methods 51 patients with hemangioma were treated with deep X Ray radiotherapy.The patients who were not controlled and recurred (3/51) were treated with natril cod liver oil.Results The CR and PR were 86.3%(44/51) and 11.8%(6/51) respectively.The total effective rate was 98.0%.Conclusions Radiotherapy is an important way for hemangioma.
