摘要
研究了 110 0~ 12 5 0℃温度范围铼在镍 (γ)中的扩散行为。用电子探针测定了扩散偶 (Ni 1%Re/Ni 5 %Re)在不同温度下扩散后的成分分布曲线。用Hall方法计算出铼在镍 (γ)中扩散系数 ,扩散系数与温度的关系如下 :D =5 96× 10 -1exp{ - 412 (kJ/mol) /RT} ,在 110 0~ 12 0 0℃的温度范围内 ,Re在Ni中扩散缓慢 ,而在 12 0 0℃以上时 ,Re的扩散速度明显增加。对Re在Ni中扩散机制进行了探讨。
Diffusion of rhenium in nickel(γ) at the temperature range from 1100℃ to 1250℃ was investigated by using diffusion couples(Ni 1 wt% Re/Ni 5wt% Re). The diffusion profiles at different temperatures were measured by an electron probe micro analyzer. Hall's method was applied to calculate the diffusion coefficient of rhenium in nickel. The dependence of the diffusion coefficient on temperature is as follows: D =5 96×10 -1 exp{-412(kJ/mol)/R T }. The diffusion of rhenium in nickel is very slow under 1200℃, but it increases dramatically above the temperatrue. The diffusion mechanism of rhenium in nickel was discussed.
