摘要
目的 通过植物内生真菌的分离 ,筛选产生抗癌成分的菌株。方法 从美登木 (Maytenushookeri)茎、叶中分离内生真菌 ,对其发酵产物经活性跟踪 (抑菌实验 ) ,其活性成分用薄层色谱、柱色谱纯化及活性跟踪 ,再经质谱及核磁共振光谱分析确定结构。结果 从美登木中分离筛选到一株球毛壳菌 (Chaetomium globosum ) :98M 6 ,其产生抗癌化合物球毛壳甲素(chaetoglobosinA)。 结论 美登木内生真菌中 ,有的内生真菌可产生与宿主所产的美登素 (maytensine)
OBJECTIVE: To isolate the plant endophytic fungi which produces anti-cancer substance. METHOD: The endophytic fungi was isolated from the stem and leaf of Maytenus hookeri. The anti-cancer compounds were studied by the inhibition against Penicillium avellaneum, TLC, CC, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, respectively. RESULTS: A strain of Chaetonium globosum which was isolated from Maytenus hookeri produced the chaetoglobosin A. CONCLUSION: Some endophytic fungi isolated from M. hookeri produced the anti-cancer compound which was different from the maytensine produced by M. hookeri.
