摘要
采用改良的热变性温度法,将 DNA 升温及恒温处理与紫外吸收值的测定分两步进行,检测3株标准菌株和16株假单胞菌 DNA 的 G+C mol%含量。结果表明,14株假单胞菌与其相应标准菌种的 DNA G+C mol%含量基本一致,与其生物学性状亦相符;另2株 DNA 的G+C mol%含量与其生物学性状不符,其分类学位置尚待探讨。
The mol% of guanine(G) plus cytosine(C) in DNA of 16 strains of Pseudomonas was measured with modified thermal denaturation temperature method—increasing and maintaining temperature of DNA being seperated from measuring ultraviolet absorptive value. The results showed that the mol% of G+C in DNA of 14 strains of Pseudomonas was similar to the mol% of G+C in DNA of their cor- responding standard strains of Pseudomonas and so were their biological characteristics in correspon- dance. The mol% of G+C in DNA of other 2 strains did not correspond with their biological charac- teristics,and their position of bacteriological taxonomy has still to be disscused.
