某些分枝杆菌标准菌种对消毒剂的抵抗力试验 被引量：3

摘要 本文报告了用过氧乙酸等4种消毒药物,对30株抗酸分枝杆菌(29株标准菌,1株临床分离菌),在不同时间的抑(杀)菌作用试验。除麝香草酚外其余3种药物在达到要求时间后,加入“中和剂”(0.1％甘油液,0.1％肥皂液),以便能及时中止部份作用。其结果表明,麝香草酚抑菌效力最强,新洁尔灭最差。其余二种依次为过氧乙酸和高锰酸钾。在细菌方面是瘰疬分枝杆菌抵抗力较强,海分支、胃分枝等几株菌较弱。
