摘要
视网膜挫伤的眼电图检查在国内还未见报道,笔者把视觉眼电图(EOG)引入到视网膜挫伤的检查与诊断中,现报告如下。资料与方法一、一般性资料1.患者组随机收集临床诊断为视网膜挫伤患者共21例221眼,其中男20例,女1例。年龄14～46岁。工作中致伤7例,非工作中误伤5例,纠纷或意外他伤9例。视力:光感～0.09者13眼,0.1～0.3者4眼,0.4～0.9者3眼,1.0～1.5者2眼,伪盲试验(一)。伤情分级:Ⅰ级、单纯视网膜水肿,10眼;Ⅱ级、视网膜水肿伴出血,2眼;Ⅲ级、脉络膜裂伤或玻璃体出血,8眼;Ⅳ级、视网膜脱离或脉网膜萎缩,2眼。22眼中4眼合并外伤性视神经萎缩,8眼合并角膜裂伤、前房出血、瞳孔散大。
21 patients (22eyes) with blunt injury of retina were examinedwith the electro-oculogram(EOG)and abnormal EOGs were shown in20 cases(95%).The abnormal changes were mainly the light peak pot-entials decreased or light peak and dark roagh potentials decreascd inuniformity.The patients Arden ratio varied.Some Were decreased,some unormal,some increasesd.The amplitude of the light peak potnti-als was declined beyond 100 uv in 16 cases (76%).There was no mar-ked correlation between amplitude and different visuals,drationsbefore examination and degree of damage of retina.The value ofEOG in diagnosis was compared with that of ERG and FFA.The ab-normal EOGs were in agreement with The ultrastructural changes ofretunal lesions.The effects of cataract,vitrous haemorrahge and op-tic nerve contusion on EOG were also discussed.
