摘要 通过对20只兔子的实验性视网膜挫伤之视网膜电流图友包括透射电镜的组织学观察结果表明,在伤后1小时,出现暂时性a波增高,视细胞外节盘膜大量断裂脱落,内节线粒体变性。b波则一直持续性降低达2个月以上。并对暂时性a波增高及b波持续降低的临床意义进行了探讨。 The results of ERG and histology (TEM) on rabbits with experimental blunt injury of retina demonstrated that a-wave amplitude increased within 1 hour after the injury and the outer segment of photorecpters was disruptured and some mitochondria in inner segment were edematous and degenerative with vesicle. Amplitude of b-wave decreased obviously soon after the injury and lasted up to more than two months. Mchanism of temporal increasing of a-wave and decreaaing of b-wave were discussed.
