摘要
真菌和细菌性角膜溃疡,若治疗不及时或药物不能控制感染,往往会发生角膜穿孔、眼内炎,甚至于眼球丧失。即是结瘢愈合,也常因虹膜广泛前粘连,继发青光眼终成盲目。我院自1981年至1988年采用穿透性角膜移植治疗严重的真菌、细菌性角膜溃疡31例,术后平均观察1.3年,取得较好的效果,现报告如下。
The results of 31 cases of fungal or bacterial corneal ulcers by penetr ating keratoplasty are reported.All the cases had been unresponsive tomedical treatment and 26 cases were complicated with hypopyon.Afterkeratoplasty,29 cases (93.5%) were controlled and eyeballs were saved.The corneal grafts were transparent in 19 cases (61.3%) and 16 cases(51.6%)obtained useful vision of 0.05～0.6.The authors affirm that keratoplasty is valuable in the treatment ofinfections corneal ulcers.The timing and selection of the mode ofoperation have been discussed.
