新试剂2-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸分光光度法测定瓷餐具钴的溶出量 被引量:2

摘要 本文提出用新试剂 2 -( 5 -硝基 -2 -吡啶偶氮 ) -5 -二甲氨基苯甲酸分光光度法测定瓷餐具钴的溶出量 ,它与钴形成的配合物表现摩尔吸光系数为 1 .31× 1 0 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1。该试剂不但灵敏度高 ,选择性也很好。可以不经分离直接测定瓷餐具溶出的微量钴 ,结果满意。 In this paper,spectrophotometric determinatjion of micro amount cobalt using a new chromogenic reagent 2-(5-mitro-2-Pyridylazo)-5-dimethylaminoberzoic acid (5-NO 2-PAMB) is investigated.The apparent molar absorptivity of the coordination complex is 1.31×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 650nm.The method was found to have high sensitivity and good selectivity.The method can be applied directly to the determination of cobalt solved from porcelain without separation.The results were satisfactory.
