摘要
在台湾中微子实验项目先期研究中 ,用硅光电二极管测读中微子作用于 Cs I(Tl)晶体的光谱信号。
This paper is intended to provide a technique for design and experiment of a charge sensitive preamplifier with special silicon photodiodes. The researched device is owned low noise and high energy resolution and attempted to use in project of Taiwan Experiment on Neutrino. The circuit and the characteristics of the preamplifier with silicon photodiodes and CsI(Tl) crystal in test are described.
