摘要
用自制的蔬菜有机磷农药残留检测试剂——速测灵 ,在田间或农贸市场条件下 ,检测蔬菜中农药残留水平。结果表明 :蔬菜上常用的有机磷农药 ,其检测灵敏度为 0 .1 8～ 1 0 mg/ kg,与气相色谱检测结果相一致 ,且检测时间为 5～ 1 0min,检测成本为 0 .2～ 0 .
An reagent was developed for detection of organophosphate pesticide residues in vegetables. It can be used to check for levels of pesticide residues in field without other instrument. The detection sensitivity ranges from 0.18～ 10 mg/kg for organophosphate pesticides often used in vegetables. The time of detection is 5～10 min and the cost of detection is 0 2～0.3 yuan.
