摘要
自１９９２年３月至１９９５年５月，共对５０例慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎（骨疡型，胆脂瘤型）患者施行开放式鼓室成形术。提高听力３０ｄＢＨＬ的为１６％，２０ｄＢＨＬ的为５６％，１０ｄＢＨＬ的为１６％，保持原听力的为１２％。术后经１～４年随访无上鼓室内陷袋形成及鼓室粘连。复发率２％。本文就手术方法、体会、经验进行讨论。
Fifty patients(50 ears) with chronic suppurative otitis media were treated by o pen-tympanoplasty. There were 38 males and 12 females,ranging in age from 16 t o 55 years old. After mastoidectomy,the bone powder was filled into supertympany ,and the retrostraction of ossicles chain and the meatus-mastoid plasty were completed at one stage. Result showed that the hearing improve 30dBHL was 8(16.0% ),20dBHL 28(56.0%),10dBHL 8(16.0%),0dBHL 6(12.0%) in the period of follow-up 1 to 4 years,and the recurrent rate was 2.0%(1/50). The insinuate sack of epitympanum and tympanoc cavity adhesion were not found in this series cases.
