摘要
目的 研究 1 990年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月广州市药物依赖研究所的戒毒治疗情况 ,总结不同阶段的特点 ,以便能更好地指导今后的戒毒工作。方法 调查在广州市药物依赖研究所自愿戒毒的 42 3 2例次海洛因依赖者 ,随机抽查了 1 5 0 0例 ,对其治疗情况作了详细分析。结果 早期使用氯丙嗪戒毒 ,剂量难掌握 ,副反应大 ,偷吸率较大 ,使用二氢埃托啡戒毒 ,易成瘾 ,使用美散酮、丁丙诺啡戒毒 ,疗效确切 ,安全 ,偷吸率较低。结论 氯丙嗪和二氢埃托啡不是理想的戒毒药 ,美散酮。
Objective Studying the treatrnent of drug dependence in Guangzhou city drug depending institute from March 1990 to May 2001,discussing the characteristics of different phases.in order to guide the work in future.Method Investigating the 4232 cases of heroin addiction who come to Guangzhou city drug dependence institute themselves,selecting 1500 cases randomly,then we make a detail analysis of the condition of treatment.Result In early phase,we used chlorpromazinum to treat drug addiction,we found it was difficult to master the dosage,the patients had more side effects,the ratio of secretly drug-use was higher.When we used etorphine to teeat the drug addiction,we found it was easy to addict.When we use methadone or buprenorphine,we found the effects are sure and safe,the ratio of secretly using drug is lower.After abstinence and discharge,increasing relapse rate.Conclusion Chlorpromazinum and etorphine are not ideal drug to heroin addiction,methadone and buprenorphine are better.It is very important that preventing relapse and recovery in drug abuse treatment.
