摘要
介绍了ZB系列絮凝剂的合成及应用情况。采用ZB06处理油田采出液,投加量20μg/g,30 min可使出水油含量小于500μg/g。ZB、ZG絮凝剂与PAC按一定比例配制成SP169用添加剂,可使SP169的脱水效果提高30%以上。ZB有机絮凝剂与PAC复配后处理炼油厂含油污水时,浮渣生成量比单独使用PAC减少37.8%。
The synthesis and application of ZB flocculants were introduced. The oil content of treated water was less than 500 μg/g by treating oilfield production fluid for 30 min with 20 μg/g ZB06. The additive for SP160 was compounded from ZB,ZG and PAC in certain proportion and it could increase the dehydration efficiency of SP160 by 30% or more. When ZB compounded with PAC was used for treating the wastewater containing oil in refinery, the sludge was 37 .8 % less than only using PAC.
