摘要
采用均匀设计法安排实验并对实验数据统计调优,研制出一种以水溶性阳离子聚合物和聚合铝盐为主要活性组分的添加剂。该添加剂可以在相同条件下将SP169处理辽河原油时的破乳脱水能力提高30%以上,而这种添加剂的成本只是SP169的30%-50%。
Uniform design” and optimization methods are used to seek after proper composition of additives for crude oil demulsifier SP169, a block polyether. The additives selected out are: water soluble cationic polymers PDF and Hvis EP and polyaluminum chloride in ratio 1∶2∶6. 10-20% the additives introduced in SP169 increase its demulsifying/dehydrating rate in Shuguang viscous crude oil of Liaohe by 30% or more. These additives are much more cheaper than SP169. The procedures of uniform design of the selection experiments and of optimizing the experimental results are presented.
