摘要
工业结构的调整、现代企业的建立以及农村严峻的人地关系 ,“排挤”出大量的剩余劳动力 ,我国面临就业难题。大力发展第三产业符合三大产业演进的规律 ,可以促进经济增长。第三产业的就业弹性远远高于第一、二产业 ,大力发展第三产业可以缓解我国就业难题。今后发展第三产业要注意解决好推进城市化进程、推动非公有制中小企业壮大、优化调整第三产业内部结构等问题。
A surplus of labor force challenges the employment situation. A vigorous development of the third industry will not only promote economic growth but also contribute greatly to the improvement of employment situation. In the development of the third industry, we must push the process of urbanization, help strengthen the non-public small-and-medium-sized enterprises, and optimize the internal structure of the third industry.
