摘要
目的 为解决周围神经损伤术后粘连问题 ,特别是神经断伤吻合术后解决神经纤维的生长与预防粘连问题。方法 采用Wister大白鼠股神经离断后吻合 ,吻合部位分别注入几丁糖、透明质酸钠、醋酸强地松龙及不做任何处理对比。于术后 1、2、4、8、12周直视下及显微镜下观察其粘连及神经纤维生长情况。结果 采用几丁糖有明显预防粘连作用 ,同时 ,神经纤维生长过吻合口也明显优于对照组 ,统计学处理差异明显。结论 几丁糖有效的预防周围神经粘连的同时可以促进神经纤维的生长。
Objective To solve the problems of postperative adhesion of peripheral nerves,especially the problems of the growth of nerve fiber after operation.Methods Anastomosis was carried out on the nervus femoralis Wister rats,injecting chitosan,sodium hyaluranate,prednisolone acetate into the anastomosis part,without any other special treatment.The growth of nerve fiber and adhesion of peripheral nerves were observed under the microscope on the 1,2,4,8,12 week after operation.Results Chitosan played a very important role in preventing from the postoperative adhesion.Conclusion Chitosan can be widely used not only to prevent the postperative adherion of peripheral nerves but also to accelerate the growth of nerve fibers.
