摘要
目的：对比观察芒针为主针刺与西药吗丁啉治 疗非溃疡性消化不良的临床疗效差异。方法：将８１例门诊患者随机分为 治疗组与对照组。治疗组４５例以芒针中脘穴为主，对照组３６例口服吗丁啉治疗。 结果：治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，其疗效差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０ ．０１）。
Purpose To compare clinical therapeutic eff ects of elongated needle therapy and Domperidone on non-ulcerative dyspepsia. Methods Eighty-one cases outpatients were randomly divid ed into treatment group(45 cases) and control group(36 cases) which were treated mainly by acupuncture at Zhongwan(CV 12) with elongated needle and oral adminis tration of Domperidone respectively. Results There was a significantly difference in the clinical therapeutic effect between the two grou p(P<0.01), the treatment group being superior to the control group. Conclusion Elongated needle therapy is a better therapy for non-ulcerative dyspepsia.
