摘要
目的观察芒针治疗胃下垂的疗效。方法将78例胃下垂患者随机分为两组,采用芒针治疗的40例为治疗组,常规针刺治疗38例为对照组,进行针刺疗效观察。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺治疗胃下垂有效,芒针治疗能显著提高总有效率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of elongated needle treatment for gastroptosis. Methods Seventy-eight patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 40 cases received elongated needle acupuncture and the control group of 38cases, conventional acupuncture. The therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture has a therapeutic effect on gastroptosis. Elongated needle acupuncture can obviously increase the total efficacy rate.
