摘要
目的对中老年高脂血症患者的听觉中潜伏期反应 (MLR)和 4 0Hz听觉相关电位(AERP)测试结果进行比较和评估。方法用MEB - 712 0 /K型电反应测听仪检测 2 0例 (40耳 )血脂升高伴无明显听力下降中老年患者和 2 0例 (40耳 )血脂正常的健康中老年人的MLR和 4 0HzAERP ,并将结果进行比较。结果高脂组MLR、Na、Pa波潜伏期较正常组延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅴ波在刺激声强为 4 0、2 0dB(nHL)时潜伏期延长 ,明显高于正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;MLR各波波振幅较正常组较低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;4 0HzAERP的听阈值在高脂组有提高趋势。结论患高脂血症的中老年人听觉中枢可能早期就存在损害 ,用MLR和 4
Objective To compare and evaluate of 40Hz auditory event related potential (40Hz AERP) and middle latency response (MLR) in the middle-age persons with hyperlipidemia and normal controls. Methods 20 cases with hyperlipidemia but without distinct hearing loss nad 20 normal controls were tested by MEB-7102/K hearing-measured instrument. Results The latencies of MLR of wave Na, Pa in hyperlipidemia group were somewhat prolonged than that in normal controls ( P >0.05), the latencies of wave V were prolonged significantly than that in controls under 40, 20 dB(nHL) acoustic stimulation ( P <0.05). The amplitudes of MLR waves were lower than that in controls ( P >0.05). The hearing threshold values of 40HzAERP had an increasing tendency. Conclusion The acoustic center of middle-age patients with hyperlipidemia may be damaged in its early-stage. There are direct meaning in patient with hyperlipidemia examined by MLR and 40HzAERP in prevention and curing of deaf.
